We will organize for an inspection where the event will take place, to be able to organize myself as well as possible and understand the spaces and the equipment available.
I will take care, once we have chosen the menu together, of doing the shopping and finding the high quality raw material in the DOP places, from my trusted suppliers.
I will arrive at the place of the event a few hours before, to start preparing the menu.
During the evening I will serve you my dishes, and I will tell you about their creation.
In the end I will leave the kitchen cleaned and clean in the same conditions in which you entrusted it to me.
